Discovery & Setup

Gaining insights into our clients' unique perspectives is a tailored process for each individual. Our discovery phase involves activities like user research and product definition to discern the objectives of both the user and the client

Research & Concept

We do competitor analysis to combine what we learn and make observations from which we can conduct an internal audit of the site and identify possible areas for development. Our team often create user personas and user journey maps, mood boards and flowcharts to understand how the audience can navigate the site

Wireframing & Prototyping

Our design approach centers around comprehensive sitemap evaluations and crucial screen layouts, enabling us to craft stunningly designed and finely tuned websites/applications. We develop prototypes for homepage screens to highlight essential functionalities, and when necessary, we produce high-fidelity prototypes as well

Design System Creation and UI

After agreeing on the previous step, we create a design concept (usually the first page), define colors fonts and style. Then we develop a design system (colors fonts fonts buttons inputs and other components from which the site is built). When the design system is ready, we start to create a site on protopip, draw all the states of all elements, take into account all possible scenarios. We work on the principle of accessibility and usability of the interface

Approve & Refine

We work in constant collaboration with the client: we discuss, agree, modify and redesign, if necessary, with regard to usability principles. We work according to agile, we are engaged in further support of the project, its development and scaling
